Black Hat Operation

When a player initiates Black Hat Operation mode, a certain of Chips will be be needed to activate radar that searches nearby options. Once activated, the radar will show you all the hackable targets in transit, pick one and hack away! Obviously, its not that simple! Players will need to compete in a game of Galaxy Dice with an opposing PARABots to loot the cargo!
